Since the Middle Ages, guesthouses have been decorated with the sign of the cock as a symbol that every guest is freshly cooked or slaughtered in all four seasons! By the way, we deliberately refrain from categorizing our guests according to hotel stars, because we want to meet our own expectations and those of our guests.
